How do I receive my digital pamphlet after purchase?
Digital pamphlets are delivered instantly after checkout. You’ll receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email.
Are digital pamphlets refundable?
No. Because digital products are downloadable, all pamphlet sales are final.
Can I share or resell the pamphlets?
No. All pamphlets are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold.
How do coaching sessions work?
Coaching sessions are done by phone. If a customer insists on virtual, a Zoom session can be arranged. Once you schedule and pay, you’ll receive instructions for your session.
Are coaching sessions refundable?
Coaching sessions are usually non-refundable but refer to refund policy for limited exceptions
Do you offer returns or exchanges on clothing?
Yes — apparel may be eligible for return or exchange if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy section.
What if my clothing item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
How do I choose the right size if there’s no size chart?
Each apparel item lists the sizes available (S, M, L, XL, etc.). Some items include notes such as “runs small” or “true to size” to help you choose the best fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
